WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for a Content Specialist who’s fired up to plan, shoot, edit, and deliver scroll-stopping ads and visuals across all channels. You’ll take full ownership of our ads output; from concept to camera to final cut.
This is a vital, doer-focused role, perfect for someone who thrives on making things happen and wants to grow inside a small, fast-moving creative team.
What You’ll Do
Plan, create, and deliver standout content
- Work closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Growth Manager to plan and produce ad shoots.
- Capture and edit high-quality video and photo content for paid and organic channels, from Reels to campaign stills.
- Lead smaller shoots independently: planning, styling, filming, and post-production.
- Travel occasionally for shoots, brand events, and collaborations.
Tell stories that feel human
- Translate brand moments, product drops, and events into emotional, authentic visual stories.
- Work directly with the creative team to evolve ideas into finished campaigns.
- Keep the brand’s visual identity and tone consistent across all touchpoints.
Bridge creativity and performance
- Collaborate with the Growth team to adapt storytelling into ad-ready formats.
- Track performance insights and iterate creatives for maximum impact.
Help build content calendars, creative briefs, and asset libraries.
Who You Are
- A creative storyteller with a sharp eye for authenticity and detail.
- Experienced in filming, editing, and producing short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, paid ads).
- Proficient in editing software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
- 2–5 years in a creative marketing, filming or production role, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C.
- Organized, independent, and energized by small, fast-moving teams.
