Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you can return your item(s) within 30 days of your order being shipped if they're not quite right for you.
All returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Sneakers must be placed in a protective bag or box to prevent damage to the shoebox during transit.
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
Refunds
Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.
Store Credit
Store credit will be sent to you as a gift card via email within 7 business days of your return being processed.
Exchanges (EU customers only)
We currently offer exchanges for customers within the EU only. If you request an exchange, your replacement order will be shipped within 7 business days after your return has been processed. Standard shipping times will then apply.
Customers outside the EU can return their item(s) for a refund or store credit and place a new order for their preferred size or product.
Please note: We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed if they have not been registered through our returns system.
Return FAQ's
Can I get a refund?
Not in love? No problem. You’ve got 30 days from when your order is shipped to send it back.
Simply register your return, download your shipping label, pop the item in the post, and we’ll handle the refund.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging so they’re ready for a new home.
- Returning sneakers? Please place them in a bag or box to protect the shoe box.
As soon as our returns team accepts your package, your refund will be issued. It may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Can I make an exchange?
We offer free exchanges to all countries within the EU only. Simply register your exchange within 30 days of it being shipped, and we’ll guide you through the next steps to get the right item on its way to you.
For customers outside of the EU, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Can I get store credit?
Yes! You can choose store credit instead of a refund. If you do, we’ll add an extra 10% bonus to your credit - a little gift from us to you.
All store credit gift cards are issued in EUR and are valid for one year.

Note: The return fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How long do returns take?
It can take up to 7 business days for our team to process returns once they have been received at our warehouse.
Once your return has been approved:
- it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method.
- your exchange order will be created within the 7 business days after your return has been received. Standard shipping times then apply.
- your store credit gift card will be emailed directly to you within the 7 business days after your return has been received.
Can I make a claim?
Yes! Just submit a claim on our returns page, and wait for our team to review it and get back to you with the next steps.
Return Process
1. Register your return via our return system here. You must use the same email address used when ordering.
2. Once you have entered your return details, you will receive an email with your shipping label. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging. If you are sending back sneakers, place them in a box or bag to protect the sneaker box.
4. Download your shipping label.
- Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland - Bring
Download your QR Code and take your package to your local drop off point.
- All other countries - UPS
Print your shipping label, attach it to your package and post it via your local drop off point.
- International or Non EU customers MUST also print the provided commercial invoice and give it to your local postal service.
5. Once our warehouse have received your return, it can take up to 7 business days for it to be approved.
6. Your return is complete.
- If you opted for a refund, your refund minus the return fee, will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If you opted for an exchange, your new order will be shipped and standard delivery times will apply.
- If you opted for store credit, your gift card will be emailed to you. All gift cards are issued in EUR and are valid for 1 year.
