Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means if you don't love something you can send it back to us within 30 days of it being shipped.
All returned items must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. Sneakers must be placed in a bag or a box to protect the sneaker box.
Once your returned items have been received at our warehouse, it can take our team up to 7 business days to process it.
Refunds: Can take up to 10 business days, depending on your original payment method.
Store Credit: Will be emailed to you via a gift card within 7 business days of your return being processed.
Exchanges: Your new exchange order will be shipped within 7 business days. Standard shipping times then apply.
Please note: We cannot take responsibility for any lost or delayed returns not registered through our returns system.

Can I get a refund?
Not in love? No problem. You’ve got 30 days from when your order is shipped to send it back.
Simply register your return, download your shipping label, pop the item in the post, and we’ll handle the refund.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging so they’re ready for a new home.
- Returning sneakers? Please place them in a bag or box to protect the shoe box.
As soon as our returns team accepts your package, your refund will be issued. It may take up to 10 business days to appear on your original payment method.
Can I make an exchange?
We offer free exchanges to all countries within the EU only. Simply register your exchange and we’ll guide you through the next steps to get the right item on its way to you.
For customers outside of the EU, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
Can I get store credit?
Yes! You can choose store credit instead of a refund. If you do, we’ll add an extra 10% bonus to your credit - a little gift from us to you.
All store credit gift cards are issued in EUR.

How long do returns take?
It can take up to 7 business days for our team to process returns once they have been received at our warehouse.
Once your return has been approved:
- it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method.
- your exchange order will be created within the 7 business days after your return has been received. Standard shipping times then apply.
- your store credit gift card will be emailed directly to you within the 7 business days after your return has been received.
