My Order Has Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you may be able to cancel it immediately.

Click below to submit a cancellation request. We will do our best to stop the shipment before it is dispatched. You will receive a confirmation by email, and any payment made will be refunded within 10 business days.

If your order has already been shipped, our Customer Service team will contact you with instructions on the next steps.

My Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until it arrives before returning it to us.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Returned with all tags attached
  

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your original payment method.

Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. You will be refunded for the returned products only.
